Blake Christy is Vice President of Marketing at Marathon Strategies, where he leads the firm’s marketing and external communications strategy. He oversees brand positioning, thought leadership, and integrated marketing initiatives designed to strengthen Marathon’s visibility, support business development, and communicate the firm’s expertise. 

Blake also advises companies, trade associations, and executive teams on strategic communications, reputation management, and public affairs challenges, particularly during periods of growth, change, or heightened scrutiny. His work spans industries including financial services, energy, technology, and consumer goods, where he helps organizations clarify complex issues, engage key stakeholders, and navigate high-stakes moments with confidence. He has led communications efforts supporting major fundraising milestones, corporate rebrands, public policy initiatives, and crisis response strategies. 

Before joining Marathon, Blake was a journalist and broadcast news producer. He worked at CBS News, where he supported the network’s national morning broadcast and contributed to investigative team. 

Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Fordham University.
