Video Production Lead
As Production Lead at Marathon Strategies, Max Sainvil has led creative video and production efforts since January 2020. He guides projects from concept to delivery, making sure every campaign connects whether it is advocacy work, public affairs campaigns, or brand storytelling. Max produces engaging video content that helps clients tell their stories, break down complex issues, and shape conversations across any platform. During his time at Marathon, the team has won more than 75 Telly Awards, reflecting the strength, creativity, and impact of the work Marathon produces.
Before joining Marathon, Max filmed political campaign videos for a 2018 gubernatorial candidate in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He also worked as a Director of Photography for TV networks, where he was responsible for the lighting, composition, and overall cinematic look of documentaries and celebrity interviews.
